In this challenge of the heart, Backwood puts the kindness of Brad and Angelina (a.k.a. Brangelina) in making a home for stray children vs. Fred and Lynn Smith (a.k.a. Frynn) a sweet couple from Pahrump Valley, Nev. (what happens in Pahrump stays in Pahrump –Google Map-), who chose to take an injured owl under their wing. Both couples’ stories would make great Lifetime films, but only one can win the Backwood challenge. And the winner is… Fred and Lynn Smith and their broken owl. This was a tough one, but after reading that Fred Smith was an employee at the Wet n’ Wild Amusement Park in Las Vegas, it was a no brainer. I love water slides, so hopefully Fred will see this post and get me some free passes. Wink. Wink.
